東北アジア研究センターは、 ロシア国立人文大学のMagomedov Arbakhan先生を、外国人研究員（客員教授）として迎えました。 Magomedov先生の研究テーマは「The Conflict in Ukraine and the Birth of the “post-February Arctic”: An analysis of social, political and international changes」であり、2月25日（火）にセンターが主催する談話会で研究報告を行う予定です。
