本日、東北アジア研究センターは、フランス国立科学研究センター（Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS)）のEmmanuel Garnier先生を、外国人研究員（客員教授）として迎えました。Garnier先生の研究テーマは「Understanding of the Disaster Risk Adaptation Strategies of the Arctic Indigenous Peoples using the Digital Archive of Northeast Asian Studies (DANA) 」であり、3月31日（月）にセンターが主催する談話会で研究報告を行う予定です。
