We are thrilled to welcome Professor Magomedov Arbakhan from Russian State University for the Humanities who has joined us as a visiting scholar. During his time here, he will conduct a study entitled "The Conflict in Ukraine and the Birth of the 'post-February Arctic': An analysis of social, political and international changes." Professor Magomedov will participate in various events, including a public lecture held by the Center on February 25th (Tue).
