We are thrilled to welcome Professor Emmanuel Garnier from France's National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) who has joined us as a visiting scholar. During his time here, he will conduct a study entitled "Understanding of the Disaster Risk Adaptation Strategies of the Arctic Indigenous Peoples using the Digital Archive of Northeast Asian Studies (DANA)." Professor Garnier will participate in various events, including a public lecture held by the Center on March 31 (Mon).
